Due to security concerns, we do not permit interested parties such as friends, relatives or business contacts to accompany visa applicants.
We request all applicants not to bring along any other interested parties, family or friends to the visa application centre and avoid loitering in the World Trade Centre premises due to security concerns
VFS has been appointed as an outsourced partner by The Italian Embassy, Sri Lanka to facilitate visa applications to Italy and Schengen countries.
Embassy of Italy, Sri Lanka will accept applications from residents of Sri Lanka and Maldives.
Note: All Italian Visa related services handled at Italian Visa Application centre, located at Level 6,EastTower, World Trade Centre-Colombo 01, will be subjected to an additional service fee.
Note: Diplomatic passport holders and applicants having invitations from ICTP, Trieste, FAO, United Nations, ILO, have to contact directly the Embassy of Italy, Sri Lanka.
